Beginning July 1, Tryon Palace will be closed to the public on Mondays. This closure will affect all Tryon Palace properties, including the Governor's Palace and grounds, historic buildings, gardens, and the North Carolina History Center. This weekly closure is to ensure that Tryon Palace can continue to offer visitors a top-quality visitation experience by completing necessary maintenance required to preserve the buildings and grounds.

The Governor’s Palace has guided tours every half hour, beginning at 10 a.m. and the last tour is at 4 p.m. The Kitchen Office is a self-paced building open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Dixon and Stanly houses have guided tours from 12:30-3 p.m. The North Carolina History Center is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Check with the ticket desk for additional information and specific tour times.
Noon to 6 p.m.
