* New Bern Academy Museum – The Academy is operational Monday through Saturday, 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. (5:00 p.m. summer). Volunteers work a minimum of one to two days a month. ** Group Leaders direct and monitor large adult/student tours to ensure everyone has an enjoyable visit to Tryon Palace Historic Sites & Gardens.
